ALUES AND CULTURE: ADOPT REFLECTION

« I knew EOL by 2 other safety manager in Switzerland (Merck Serono S.A  &. Baxter BioScience Manufacturing Sarl).
The project «Valeurs & Culture » answered the need to listen to all the employees,  regroup and re-motivate all the refinery staff including employees and contractors after a period of difficulty (Closure and change of ownership of the refinery).
The construction of the team building workshops allowed everyone to understand that our common values have not changed but that there is a willingness to develop the values of the refinery further and to build on ideas from each participant to contribute to our future success.

The project was well conceived and well executed from the whole project team EOL and VARO together, within the time and budget estimates established at the start of the project.
The participation rate was nearly 100% and there was good participant feedback. »
