Coaching Managers: project “EHS Breakdown”

« Since the end of 2012, EOL Conseil teams have provided us with support to implement the « Rupture EHS » approach, project definition, sharing and ownership by managers of daily EHS requirements »

« This project has generated a global dynamic with all our managers. They are involved, support each other, acquire and exchange new reflexes, particularly in information processing.

This project has firmly placed EHS at the core of company concerns by the personnel at the site: the project is visible, positive, with a regular presence in the field of managers and consultants.

We are also starting to see results: fewer accidents, fewer incidents, increase of information reporting…We are moving towards our standard reaction objective in the face of a deviation from EHS. »
