The “Well-being” approach at work was implemented following a survey of personnel in which a certain number of questions regarding psychosocial risks were asked.
We realized that after working on safety (with EOL), we were probably ready to tackle more complex topics which we needed to be capable of controlling and handling.
The “Well-being” approach at work was implemented following a survey of personnel in which a certain number of questions regarding psychosocial risks were asked. We realized that after working on safety (with EOL), we were probably ready to tackle more complex topics which we needed to be capable of controlling and handling.
In fact, we were always afraid – the risk-, to tackle the subject of losing control because we are not specialists (even if supervision has a key role to play in this topic).
We have a tendency to associate “Well-being” at work with the material, whereas in reality, this subject leads us to other facets.
We found in EOL a partner that listens, that provided us with support and especially, EOL felt as if they were stakeholders in the outcome.
EOL provided us with support throughout this project and gave us the tools and a concrete approach to the questions regarding “Well-being” at work.
